OPEN POSITIONS
Front Office
Night / Day Receptionist
You’ll be the first point of contact for guests, handling check-in/out, guest requests, payments, and daily reports.
Skills: good English, basic computer skills, positive attitude, problem-solving.
Shifts: day or night rotation (depending on role).
Sales
Sales Executive
You’ll drive room and group sales, manage leads, follow up on enquiries, and support partnerships.
Skills: strong communication, negotiation, organized follow-up, CRM/email confidence.
Operations
Operations Executive
You’ll support day-to-day operations across departments, coordinate tasks, track issues, and help ensure standards are met.
Skills: organized, proactive, good communication, able to multitask.
Food & Beverage
Waiters / Waitresses
You’ll deliver great service, take orders, serve food & drinks, and keep the service area tidy and welcoming.
Skills: friendly, fast-paced, team player, previous experience is a plus.
Dishwashers / Kitchen Porters
You’ll keep the kitchen clean and running smoothly: washing dishes, cleaning stations, supporting the kitchen team.
Skills: reliable, fast, strong hygiene standards.
Demi Chef de Partie
You’ll support a section, prep and cook dishes to standard, maintain hygiene and organization.
Skills: experience in a hotel/restaurant kitchen, consistency, teamwork.
Commis Chef
Entry-level kitchen role: prep, basic cooking, assisting chefs, cleaning and organization.
Skills: willingness to learn, discipline, hygiene focus.
