Support day-to-day operations across departments, coordinate tasks, track issues and help ensure standards are met.

Organised, proactive, a good communicator and able to multitask.

Deliver great service, take orders, serve food and drinks and keep the service area welcoming.

Friendly, comfortable in a fast-paced environment and a team player. Previous experience is a plus.

Keep the kitchen clean and running smoothly: washing dishes, cleaning stations and supporting the team.

Reliable, efficient and committed to strong hygiene standards.

Support a section, prepare and cook dishes to standard and maintain hygiene and organisation.

Hotel or restaurant kitchen experience, consistency and teamwork.

An entry-level kitchen role: preparation, basic cooking, assisting chefs and keeping work areas organised.
