Check-out by

Late checkout until 16:00 costs 50% of the room rate for the checkout date. Please request late checkout at least one day in advance. It is subject to availability and may be confirmed on the checkout date or the day before.
- Every guest must present a valid original passport or identity card.
- The minimum check-in age is 16. Guests under 16 require written and signed parental authorisation.
- Debit and credit cards and cash are accepted.
Luggage storage
Luggage storage is free from 06:00 on your reservation check-in date until midnight at the end of your reservation checkout date.
House rules
Security deposit
A EUR 100 security deposit is collected by debit or credit card and voided within 7 days of checkout. The original check-in transaction is voided rather than paid back as a separate refund: check the entry dated on your check-in day.
Damage and disturbances
Registered guests are responsible for damage to the room or property and revenue lost through noise, disturbances or disruptive behaviour. Penalty charges may reach EUR 2,500, regardless of the deposit paid.
No smoking or illegal drugs
Smoking is prohibited in all rooms and indoor areas. A violation may result in a penalty of up to EUR 500. The use or possession of marijuana or other illegal drugs is prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
Respect a peaceful stay
Loud music and disturbances are not permitted at any time in rooms, indoor areas or corridors. A EUR 100 penalty applies to each violation.
Housekeeping
Rooms are refreshed daily and bed linen is changed every 3 days.
Request cleaning using the lower Make Up Room button near the door by 13:00. The upper button activates Do Not Disturb; cleaning is not provided while it is active. Press the same button again to cancel the selection.
Emergency cleaning assistance is available 24 hours a day; contact reception.

Outside food and drinks are not permitted in the pool area.
